[Updated 13 March 2026]: Given the current uncertainty surrounding international travel and the large number of excellent submissions we received, we will make the (Oral/Poster) presentation announcements in two rounds.
- First-round Accepted submitters are kindly asked to register and complete payment no later than 31 March 2026 to confirm participation and reserve the presentation slots. If you are unsure about attending, please wait to make any payment; we will notify you by 15 April if slots are still available.
- Waiting-list submitters will be notified on 1 April 2026 if presentation slots become available and will be asked to register and complete payment by 15 April 2026 to confirm participation. We will continue this process until all slots are filled.
**In case you would like to attend SQST 2026 regardless of presentation availability, you are welcome to register and complete payment at any time.
Participants (both oral/poster presenters and non-presenters) can choose either the "Standard" or "Platinum" registration types. The registration rates vary depending on the time of payment.
*Note that invited speakers do not need to register, as your information will be collected separatedly by our organizing team.
Standard Registration -- includes access to the 4-day event, with breaks, lunches, and a conference dinner.

Platinum Registration -- includes the Standard Registration package and special rates for:
4 nights accommodation including breakast (for maximum 2 guests/room)
Check-in 17th May and Check-out 21st May 2026
at the conference venue (Centara Life Maris Resort Jomtien).
*There are limited number of rooms available, with first-come first-serve basis. Otherwise, rooms can also be booked separately via popular reservation websites, e.g., Booking, Trip, or Agoda.

*** Limited numbers of conference fee waivers are available for students from Thailand and the Southeast Asia region. Application can be done by sending an email requesting the waivers, with your CVs and justification, to our team at sqst2026@gmail.com.
